Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the box is taped and ready for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund has been processed.
